How does sound therapy work?
Everything in our universe is constantly vibrating, including us!
Every atom, cell, tissue, organ and bone in our bodies is vibrating and that vibration produces sound whether or not we can hear it. Because we are all vibrating as sound, we can use sound and intention to create balance and harmony in our bodies.
What happens in a 1-1 Sound Healing session?
A 1-1 private sound healing session is tailored to what’s alive in you on that day. Perhaps you have a desire for deep relaxation or maybe you are feeling anxious and feel a need to regulate your nervous system or quiet you mind. Wether it’s a physical ailment, curiosity or a desire to connect deeply with yourself and your intuition, together we create a safe space for “what is”
From this space we set an intention for the session and then a cozy space for you to lie down and completely relax.
What is a Sound Bath?
Sound Therapy sessions or sound healing is sometimes called a ‘sound bath’ because the sound waves wash over you as you bath in vibrational frequencies. This can wash away stuck energy in your physical and energetic body and bring you back into a state of balance and harmony
Using a range of instruments including crystal bowls, gongs, Tibetan bowls, drums, chimes, tinchers to name a few I create vibrations that guide you into a theta brain wave state and this is where the magic happens.l!
What is PSYCHEDELIC BREATH®?
PSYCHEDELIC BREATH® is a dynamic breathwork technique combining ancient breathing methods backed up with the knowledge of contemporary science and the art of electronic music. We breath for approximately 45 mins (less on request) combining a series of rhythmic breathing cycles and breath holds/retentions

What happens in a psychedelic breathwork session?
Whether in person or online, we start each session with a warm up breathing exercise to ground into the space and into our bodies. This is followed by an explanation on how we breath during the session and an opportunity for you to ask any questions you might have
Each psychedelic breath session includes a special topic/intention. This can be anything from
“releasing self limiting beliefs”
“How to connect to your intuitive wisdom”
“Connecting to your heart space”
“What is my true calling”
“Accessing deep meditative states”
For 1-1 sessions and corporate/group events we can birth the topic together before the session.
Group sessions are often guided online from the comfort of your own home. For this I recommend
-a safe cosy space where you can sit up and lie down when needed. It is recommended to sit on the floor/bed/sofa (not on an office chair/dining chair)
-Good Internet signal
-essential oils/palo Santos if you like to use this.
-it is NOT recommended to practice breathwork on a full stomach. Please allow1.5 hours before a session if possible.
Is PSYCHEDELIC BREATH® for everyone?
PSYCHEDELIC BREATH® is a powerful breathwork practice that is not recommended for the following conditions: pregnancy, epilepsy, high blood pressure, cardiovascular disease, high inner eye pressure, clinical anxiety or panic attacks, psychosis, a history of stroke, recent surgery (wounds, broken bones still healing). By booking a session you confirm that you are healthy.
Are you a healer?
I believe we all our own healers and we each have our own preferred medicines. This can include anything from sound, breathwork, yoga, dance, plant medicine, crystals, reike, sunshine, cold water therapy, laughter or sharing circles. The list goes on as the Medicine to heal ourselves is everywhere!
If I call myself a healer I disempower you and I am here to empower you! To hold a safe space with a range of modalities that help you access your own inner wisdom, strength and healing. I love to work with the heart opening medicine that is cacao as well as bring reiki and crystal healing into my sound and breathwork sessions. I am also a qualified yin yoga instructor and a Mindfulness TT2 facilitator.
