We are all our own healers and our medicine is everywhere. I love to work with the heart opening medicine that is cacao as well as bring reiki and crystal healing into my 1-1 & group sessions. I am a qualified yin yoga instructor and a Mindfulness TT2 facilitator. I love to bring a range of my offerings together to suit whatever retreat, event or festival I work at.
